Program Director

Woongsik Ham

A director who brings the whole of a project together — connecting the field, engineering, and business. Drawing on a broad, hands-on engineering career, Woongsik Ham also bridges Korean and American ways of working.

Role

As Program Director, Woongsik Ham brings the whole of a project together — leading planning, engineering coordination, construction management, and client relationships. He pairs technical judgment with business sense to translate complex projects into clear scope, schedule, and outcomes.

Background

Woongsik Ham built his engineering career at the central R&D centers of Samsung and Hyundai Motor Group in Korea, and Nikola Corporation in the United States — spanning battery-manufacturing equipment design, powertrain control systems, and fuel-cell-EV thermal-management control. That depth, from hardware design to control software, is what lets him see the field, engineering, and business as one.

What sets him apart

  • A bridge between field and engineering — he speaks the language of the crew and of the design engineer, and keeps both aligned.
  • Turning engineering into business — translating technical capability into scope, schedule, and value clients can act on.
  • Bridging Korean and American business culture and language, so nothing is lost between client and crew.
  • Holder of Georgia's Unrestricted Class II Conditioned Air Contractor license.
  • PMP-certified project management — one of several tools behind his disciplined delivery.
