His skill and drive took him far beyond Korea early in his career: in the 1980s he was dispatched to Saudi Arabia for the Riyadh Ministry of Foreign Affairs project, later returning to maintain its HVAC systems and a 2,000 RT turbo chiller. From a 105-branch bank maintenance program to overseeing HVAC and refrigeration for a major resort, he has carried the same standard onto every job site — and, since founding the business here in 1998, into Georgia.
